Wolfhounds & Yoga

The Wolfhounds are making Yoga a big part of the weekly training session this year and Kate Renganeschi has kindly offered to teach our players some techniques.

Kate is a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor. She received her training in both Costa Rica and Thailand. She mostly teaches vinyasa-based classes that focus on creating balance between strength and flexibility. She also enjoys teaching yin and restorative yoga, which focus on calming the mind and body. Kate teaches at Paz Studios (Trade Street, Downtown Winston), the William G. White Jr. YMCA, and Wake Forest University. She is also an elementary school teacher, is certified to teach children’s yoga and often teaches classes to both students and teachers in local schools. Her main vision as a teacher is to create fun and challenging classes to inspire others to begin their yoga journeys. Kate is always available for small group and private lessons.
